To strengthen their customer experience and operational excellence, they are now looking for a CS / Complaints Specialist who can bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to their customer and compliance workflows.

How you make an impact.

Process Mapping : Define and document workflows for CX and KYC processes

FAQ Setup : Develop internal and external knowledge base articles to streamline inquiries

Macro Building : Create templates and automated responses to improve efficiency

Reporting : Establish key metrics and reporting structures for CX and compliance performance

Presentation & Communication : Prepare one-pagers, sales decks, news articles, and blog posts

Data Cloud Processing : Organize, process, and structure customer and compliance-related data

Onboarding : Support smooth transitions and knowledge transfer for new hires

Customer Experience & KYC expertise — experience in customer support, compliance, or financial services, with a strong grasp of KYC / AML

Process optimization skills — proven ability to map workflows, spot inefficiencies, and create clear documentation

Tech-savvy mindset — comfortable with macros, templates, automation tools, and cloud-based systems

Strong analytical ability — skilled at defining KPIs, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights

Content creation & communication skills — able to write FAQ articles, sales materials, and customer-facing content with clarity and accuracy

Project & onboarding experience — capable of managing multiple projects, driving smooth onboarding, and ensuring structured knowledge transfer
