We’re looking for a Content & Community Manager – a social-first creative who loves making and managing content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram and beyond.
This role is about bringing ideas to life quickly and authentically : from spotting the latest trends and turning them into simple, lo‑fi pieces of content, to engaging directly with communities in a way that feels fresh, fun and true to the brand.
What you’ll do
- Create and edit social‑first content (short‑form video, reels, posts) using tools like CapCut, Canva and native TikTok / IG features .
- Stay on top of cultural and platform trends to turn them into quick, relevant content ideas.
- Manage day‑to‑day community interactions : respond, engage and find opportunities to build brand love.
- Collaborate with the wider team (strategy, design, creative) to make sure all content is aligned and impactful.
- Keep an eye on performance and community feedback to help optimise future content.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience creating content for social platforms and / or managing communities.A natural feel for TikTok and Instagram culture – you know what works, what doesn’t, and why.Advanced English (spoken and written) to work with global teams and content.A proactive, creative mindset, comfortable with fast turnarounds and lo‑fi creation.Nice to have
Experience in an agency environment.Familiarity with other platforms like YouTube, X or LinkedIn.Basic knowledge of analytics to understand what resonates with communities.Seniority level
