Descripción del trabajoBachelors degree in Law & Business Administration Finance or a related field. 03 years of relevant experience in financial services corporate finance or related analytical functions (internships or experience in investor relations is a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in Spanish and English both written and spoken. Genuine interest in financial markets venture capital etc. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools and investor databases is a plus. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements. Eagerness to learn proactive and resolutive mindset and ability to work in a dynamic high-performance environment. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Investor Relations team by proactively shaping and executing key initiatives involving investors and internal stakeholders.
- Update and maintain internal and external IR database
- Assist in the preparation of investor-facing presentations and internal materials.
- Maintain and optimize the capitalization table ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders during fundraising option grants and corporate actions.
- Help gather and organize data for monthly financial and operational reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of administrative and investor-related processes.
- Participate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
