Overview

Job Title : Real Estate Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in Real Estate Development Finance. Our client is a leading provider of structured credit solutions across Bridging Finance, Development Finance, and bespoke Lending Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the overall due diligence / underwriting process
• Review initial deal information and prepare financial models in accordance with internal policies to share terms with clients
• Produce key underwriting documentation, in particular, detailed credit applications, with direction from Deal Originators and support from the Deal Execution team
• Review professional reports with the Head of Credit
• Coordinate and lead communication with clients and stakeholders
• Attend client meetings and contribute to new business development activities

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in real estate / development finance / risk underwriting, and portfolio management processes. The ideal candidate will have +5 years relevant industry experience, be a Spanish speaker, and possess excellent mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This is a key hire reporting into the Global Head of Underwriting and working closely with senior, board-level stakeholders. You will be involved in managing transactions across the lifespan of a Development Finance facility, with a focus on Spanish, UK, and European markets.
