The position sits within the global headquarters in Barcelona and plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization’s culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. The successful candidate will oversee investigations into potential violations of company policy, the Code of Ethics, and applicable regulations across all global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

• Lead and manage the organization’s global investigation framework in alignment with internal standards and international best practices.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of local investigators, ensuring objectivity, fairness, and consistency.
• Maintain and continuously enhance investigation procedures, tools, and templates.
• Promote awareness through global “speak-up” initiatives that foster an ethical, retaliation-free environment.
• Track investigation KPIs and report insights and trends to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Operate independently of operational management, with direct escalation rights to senior compliance leadership and the Audit Committee.
