Overview Job Title : Billing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Billing Operations Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will play a vital role in leading our relationship with customers.

Responsibilities Receive and process orders via email or EDI, ensuring accuracy and adherence to commercial conditions.

Monitor and control the order shipping process from warehouse to delivery, guaranteeing timely and efficient execution.

Resolve issues and propose improvements to optimize our customer service experience.

Order processing, invoicing and shipment processing.

Effective communication with customers regarding their orders and any arising issues.

Your Qualifications Education : A degree in Business Administration or Economics is required.

Work Experience : Proven experience in customer services, particularly in order entry.

Knowledge of EDI, SAP, and AS400 systems.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
