• The qualifications for a Bid Manager typically vary depending on the industry and nature of the organization, but the following are often considered important :
• Experience, Knowledge & Skills
• A bachelor's degree is generally required, preferably in engineering, business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in bid management, sales, quality or a related field is usually required.
• Experience in the Defense industry and Chorus 2.0 process can be a plus.
• Experience with project management, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, is essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are crucial, as the role involves significant interaction with other departments and potentially with clients as well.
• Familiarity with the bidding or procurement processes, market trends, and cost estimating can be advantageous.We would like someone to join our team who is
