Role Overview Seeking a motivated, client-oriented Project Manager to manage moderately large or complex projects, particularly in biotechnology, fermentation, and upstream / downstream processes. Responsibilities include planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to drug development, primarily generics and APIs.

The Challenge Manage and execute projects related to API and drug product development and commercialization.

Understand customer needs and align projects with strategic guidelines.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.

Analyze project characteristics, evaluate processes, and support schedule and documentation management.

Prepare reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

Participate in meetings with partners and vendors.

Communicate effectively with clients and partners.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Manage budgets and project deviations.

Maintain systems for project tracking and reporting.

Requirements University Degree in Life Sciences or related; Master preferred.

Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.

5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of biotechnology, drug development, and regulatory requirements.

PMP certification is advantageous.

Willing to travel worldwide.
