Daily responsibilities

Your main objective is to help companies transfer internationally their employees and their families ensuring a smooth and timely immigration process for all the parties involved.

As part of your daily responsibilities you will :

• Analyze each case and advise clients on the best way to proceed in terms of immigration procedures.
• Handle permit applications for international employees of local and foreign companies, as well as for private individuals.
• Manage intra-company transfers.
• Advise on different legal matters related to immigration.
• Review and prepare legal documentation.
• Update our clients on changes and tendencies that might affect their business processes.
• Foresee possible setbacks and delays in the process and communicate them in advance in order to avoid misunderstandings and claims.
• Explain and help the client companies and transferred employees understand “how things work” in Spain regarding immigration bureaucracy.
• Be in constant contact with the company and the transferred employee to ensure a good communication among parties, set down-to-earth expectations and to update on any issue.
