Overview
Sustainably driven projects require collaborative professionals who excel in multifaceted environments. The Building Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing all disciplines involved in the design, procurement, and construction of buildings within these projects.
Responsibilities
- Promoting effective coordination among departments engaged in building design.
- Supporting the Building Technical Coordinator in reviewing building designs and ensuring timely closure of client comments.
- Developing and implementing planning strategies for buildings, incorporating all related activities and monitoring progress against deadlines.
- Collaborating with various disciplines to define and manage third-party engineering contracts.
- Facilitating technical clarifications with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring seamless communication and coordination between engineering and construction teams.
- Coordinating the procurement process for building-related materials and equipment with the Procurement group.
- Leading the delivery of buildings to clients, providing support to the Handover team.
Qualifications
A higher or technical engineering degree, with specialization in Oil & Gas and Energy being highly valued.At least 15 years of experience in similar functions.Advanced English language proficiency.Availability for international travel.Benefits
