Product Engineering Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering leader to manage the day-to-day product engineering activity of our teams. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive change and adoption of new ways of working.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering fast-paced and agile system engineering, ideally in regulated FinTech or payments / banking / wealth environments. They will also have experience leading engineering organizations of 20+ across multiple parallel product lines, within a microservices architecture and Cloud-native context.
- Develop and execute strategies for Agile processes, continuous improvement, and data-led delivery.
- Lead and mature product engineering squads, transitioning teams and processes over time from building product to running product service support.
- Hire, develop, mentor, and retain top talent against established engineering career paths.
- Partner with Product colleagues to align delivery roadmap to strategy / OKRs, ensuring predictable delivery and outcomes.
