Our client, an innovative player in the streaming space, is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join their growing engineering team. As a senior member of the backend engineering team, you’ll take ownership of designing and developing scalable server-side systems that power millions of user experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect robust APIs, optimize system performance, and ensure the seamless operation of next-generation entertainment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Develop and optimize databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to deliver new features.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability as the user base grows.
• Implement security best practices across backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards.
• Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
