Senior Business Intelligence Consultant

About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Professional to join our organization and become the primary owner of our enterprise business intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver impactful business insights.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of business intelligence solutions : data modeling, DAX measures, semantic models, optimization, visualization, and deployment.
• Maintain and evolve the central enterprise business intelligence dataset, ensuring consistency, performance, governance, and documentation.
• Work with multiple data sources (CRM, DMS, ERP, marketing platforms, finance systems, operational systems) to design robust data models and ensure data quality.
• Manage scheduled refresh, optimize gateway performance, ensure reliability of data ingestion, and proactively resolve business intelligence-related incidents.
• Define and enforce business intelligence best practices, including naming conventions, data governance standards, documentation, version control, and dashboard design guidelines.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
