Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a System Lead Chromatography - Akta / Unicorn Systems to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.

As an IT System Lead (Deputy) , you will work closely with global Chromatography Services staff, sister IT groups, and laboratory scientists to support global BI chromatography systems. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining SLC documentation and providing audit support. Support duties involve troubleshooting, analysis, and implementing corrective actions to resolve system issues. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential. The role requires being results-oriented, highly organized, flexible to changing priorities, and proactive in seeking opportunities to contribute to business success.

Key Skills & Experience :

  • MS SQL Server, Microsoft Windows, and Terminal Server technologies
  • SQL database querying and reporting tools
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Global systems support
  • Knowledge of computer systems validation and FDA GxP regulations
  • Experience working in international projects, with cultural awareness
  • Developer / Programmer skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in English; German skills are beneficial
  • Degree in Information Technology or Life Sciences
