Cloud Service Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager for our CloudTeam and their tasks will be :

Responsible for overseeing the delivery performance and continuous improvement of cloud services across the organization. He / she will act as the bridge between technical teams business stakeholders and service providers to ensure that cloud services meet agreed-upon SLAs compliance standards and business needs. The mission is to drive operational excellence customer satisfaction and innovation in cloud service management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management
• Proven experience managing cloud services in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of cloud operations SLAs and service lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Used to follow up and coordinate operation tasks
• Required technical skills : Deep knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS PaaS SaaS) and cloud governance and Service delivery manager (BAU / Run)
• Proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting
• Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud financial management (FinOps)
• Understanding of cloud security compliance and risk management
• Experience with incident problem and change management processes

Monitoring & Reporting : Azure Monitor CloudWatch Grafana Power BI

Frameworks : ITIL COBIT ISO 20000 ISO 27001
