Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead process mapping, gap analysis, and define target-state processes for banking environments.

You will conduct customer interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions. You will collaborate with business and technology teams throughout the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC). You will also support initiatives involving agentic processes and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• A proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• A strong background in process mapping and process definition.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Must have banking domain experience.
• A good understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and AI concepts.
• Fluent Spanish (B2–C1) and good English.
