Strategic National Account Manager – Surekleen Chemicals

Surekleen is a proudly 100% Indigenous Owned Cleaning Chemical Manufacturer based in Perth, Western Australia.

Through our national Clean with Purpose program and Surecycle container recycling initiative, every sale helps build a cleaner, fairer, and more sustainable future for all Australians.

The Role

We're looking for a strategic and driven National Account Manager to lead Surekleen's commercial growth across Australia.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, brand expansion, and key customer relationships across the industrial, retail, and export sectors.

You'll work closely with distributors, national accounts, and channel partners to grow Surekleen's footprint — ensuring our purpose-driven products reach more people and create greater positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead National Sales Performance – Deliver year-on-year revenue and margin growth through effective account management and strategic planning.

Manage Key Customer Accounts – Strengthen partnerships with national and state-based distributors (including Blackwoods and export partners) to maximise market share and retention.

Drive Market Development – Identify and execute growth opportunities in emerging markets such as Retail, Marine, Automotive, Personal Care, and Dust Suppression.

Expand Distribution Networks – Build new relationships with wholesalers, procurement partners, and industry groups across Australia.

Develop Strategic Partnerships – Align Surekleen's social enterprise model with customers' ESG and sustainability goals to deepen engagement and long-term loyalty.

Grow the Surekleen Brand – Collaborate with marketing to enhance national visibility, campaign activity, and participation in trade and industry showcases.

Commercial Excellence – Manage pricing, profitability, and forecasting to achieve company performance targets.

What You'll Bring

Proven success in B2B or National Account Management, ideally within chemical, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B or National Account Management.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to manage large distributor networks.

Experience in business development, tendering, and strategic growth planning.

Ability to build relationships across corporate, government, and community sectors.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

A genuine passion for sustainability, innovation, and Indigenous enterprise.

Australian permanent residency or citizenship required for this position.

Willingness to travel nationally 25-50% of the time to support Australia-wide commercial growth activities.
