What you will do : Responsibilities

• Lead grid analysis, curtailment mitigation and renewable energy integration efforts.
• Conduct grid impact studies including load flow, stability and curtailment analysis for solar, wind and hybrid renewable projects.
• Identify and address grid constraints that lead to curtailment, working with utilities, TSOs and ISOs / RTOs to implement solutions.
• Support interconnection applications and ensure compliance with EU grid codes (e.g. ENTSO-E standards) and US regulations (e.g. FERC Orders 2222 & 841, NERC reliability standards).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize renewable energy dispatch, storage integration and grid flexibility.
• Analyze real-time and historical curtailment data to inform operational strategies and investment decisions.
• Contribute to grid modernization initiatives including smart grid technologies, digital substations and demand-side management.
• Prepare technical documentation for regulatory filings, grid compliance reports and stakeholder presentations.
