Job Description

Location : Parke Tecnológico de Bizkaia, Edificio 902, Derio, Vizcaya / Bizkaia 48160, Spain

Objectives

Development and continuous improvement of the production processes required for manufacturing the parts in the area, ensuring production volume and operating margin

Ensure production efficiency in the area

Your main responsibilities

Responsible for the development and support of the parts to be manufactured in the area

Continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes for the parts

Reduction of lead time

Cost improvement for parts and NQC

Integration with the plant team to optimize production processes

Who we are looking for

Education : Industrial Engineering or similar

Required knowledge : Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably those related to sheet metal fabrication

FORMING : Pressing, bending, rolling, etc

MACHINING : Conventional, laser cutting, EDM, etc

JOINING METHODS : Spot welding, TIG welding, laser welding, riveting, etc

Knowledge of modeling and drafting in NX

Knowledge of Teamcenter

Knowledge of SAP

Languages : High level of Spanish & Intermediate level of technical English

Soft Skills : Communication skills, Proactivity, Teamwork skills, Analytical skills

Who will you be working with?

The selected person will join the FABS engineering team. This is a multidisciplinary team with experience in all areas required for the development and production of the parts that make up the aerostructures (excluding turbomachinery) of aircraft engines.
