Technical Support Engineer
Work Type - Contract
Location - Llanera, Spain (Two site to visit location - Aldeanueva, Ribadumia, Spain)
Work Mode - Onsite
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first and second-level technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other user devices.
- Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and application problems quickly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools.
- Create and manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory or similar tools.
- Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and mobile devices for users.
- Support video meetings and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Keep IT equipment inventory and documentation up to date.
- Follow company IT security and data protection policies .
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
- Provide friendly and clear support to users, including basic IT training when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience in IT or desktop support , working with Windows, Mac, or Linux systems.Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking.Good communication and customer service skills .Ability to work both independently and in a team .
