Join our Client Onboarding and Delivery Team and play a key role in shaping the colleague experience worldwide. We’re seeking an individual passionate about operational excellence and dedicated to providing seamless support to our global workforce. The Solution Consultant is responsible for outlining and presenting product offerings and architecture effectively to prospects and customers, building confidence in Accertify’s technology infrastructure, and addressing all technical inquiries during the sales cycle. To succeed, the Solution Consultant must have a strong desire to apply their business and technical skills, including gathering business requirements, developing a technical sales strategy, and configuring and demonstrating solutions that meet these requirements. Additionally, the candidate must be able to document and clearly explain the solution design to internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from post-contract to implementation. This role requires collaboration across departments and coordination with the Onboarding Teams to fill any strategic gaps and ensure the recommended solution is successfully implemented.
Responsibilities
- The ability to confidently present and articulate the business value of Accertify’s solutions to managers and executives of all levels (namely, client-facing stakeholders)
- The ability to uncover the challenges and issues clients face by executing successful and targeted discovery sessions, demonstrations, and workshops
- Partner with the Sales team to engage with clients to define, create, and present solution prototypes, scoped into statements of work
- Partner with the Implementation team to ensure solutions identified are implemented and aligned with both the client’s and Accertify’s strategies
- Be a thought leader who is curious and can create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Online Fraud, Chargebacks (Disputes), and Payment Processing life cycle
- The ability to address security, cloud computing, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards
- Deliver product, technical, and security-related responses on RFPs / RFIs
- The ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Understand Machine Learning concepts for Fraud modelling
- Work as a team player by contributing, learning, and sharing new knowledge
- Lend efforts towards maintaining our Demo environment
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience in a comparable pre-sale, sales engineering / solution consultant position, supporting the sales cycle in selling Software-as-a-Service or other high value business solutionsHighly organized self-learner with excellent prioritization abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniquesAbility to negotiate and offer alternatives to the client on setting up the appropriate integration and risk logicSuperior presentation and demonstration skillsStrong creativity and problem-solving skillsClient stakeholder management experience at a range of levelsWorking knowledge of online fraud prevention platforms, with a strong understanding of payment risk principles, including techniques or platforms used to mitigate e-commerce fraudKnowledge of data integration, relational databases, API’s, machine learning, and web technologyAd hoc travel requirement around 20-30% each month (generally short European trips and occasional visits to the US)European languages, in particular French, Spanish, and German, are an advantage.Additional Details
This role is a hybrid (3 days in office) opportunity to work from our Accertify Madrid office location : Calle Albacete, 5, 7th Floor, 28027, Madrid, SpainEmployment Eligibility : Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Spain at the time of application.
