About this Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Front-End Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with experienced professionals.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about web development and want to make a real impact. You will be responsible for resolving technical support cases from customers via email, chat, and web, while adhering to response SLAs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will also be expected to reproduce customer problems to file effective bug reports and resolve issues. Additionally, you will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to write clear, empathetic customer communications.

Contribute to product quality by consistently filing bugs and feature requests. Create code samples to reproduce customer issues or demonstrate API behavior. Assist teammates and other teams by answering consults and demonstrating initiative.

Your Key Responsibilities
