Senior Maintenance Professional

Facility Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the overall maintenance of our industrial facility.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the upkeep of our facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are in good working order.

Ensure proper operation and monitoring of critical systems, including HVAC and pressure lines.

Develop and implement the annual preventive maintenance plan for machines and equipment.

Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.

Lead improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facility Manager in an industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and pressure lines.

Proven experience in contract management and preventive maintenance planning.

Solid track record in supplier management and project coordination.

Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
