About this Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive HR strategies, implement people initiatives and support business teams across Spain and Portugal.

This role plays a critical part in shaping our European HR framework, localizing policies and practices, and optimizing talent development for business success.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and implement tailored HR solutions to meet business challenges;
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans;
Contribute to annual workforce planning, including budget preparation and control;
Analyze business needs and provide expert HR advice to drive business results;

Build strong relationships with business teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or above in any field, with 4+ years of relevant HR experience;

Hands-on experience in at least one or more HR functional areas, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations;

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills;

Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions;

Proficiency in English, Spanish, or other languages, with the ability to communicate fluently in at least two languages.
