Our business line 4flow management utilizes innovative concepts in transportation and network management to continuously plan, optimize, and manage supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL. For our office in Zaragoza, we are looking for a talented manager who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow’s business in Spain with a new customer, a global iconic perfume and cosmetic brand.

What Your New Challenge Will Look Like

• Leading and developing a team of logistics specialists and coordinators located in Europe, Brazil and China
• Ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction for all services provided with special focus on successful execution of daily operations
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods to internal and customer warehouses and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
• Preparation & moderation of monthly review calls, potentially also daily and weekly calls
• 2nd escalation level in transportation management (internal and external)
• Responsible for route implementation as well as reporting services
• Monitoring logistics performance and costs and analyzing network metrics
• Determining and driving continuous improvement together with the team and the customer
• Establishing technological advancements in logistics operations to drive efficiency
• Strong relationship building with the new customer organization
