Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in biochemistry and biotechnology, with expertise in industrial enzyme applications and enzymatic processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and scale performance of enzyme mixes under process-scale conditions, including thermal, pH, and substrate concentration tolerance.
• Optimize continuous reaction modes for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct enzyme kinetics and conversion studies at pilot scale and pre-industrial scale, identifying compounds production.
• Adapt biochemical parameters to reactor engineering constraints and validate enzyme compatibility with materials and additives.
• Design and implement robust protocols for loading and operation to ensure reproducibility and ease of execution by production teams.
• Define standard conditions for consistent sample production and coordinate with quality assurance and logistics to ensure full traceability.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess a PhD or Master's degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in enzyme applications at an industrial scale is required.
