Responsibilities As an AEM Technical Expert, you will be the go-to authority on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), providing technical guidance and support to our Solution Architecture team.

You will be responsible for designing and building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate technical concepts and integrations, troubleshooting and resolving complex AEM performance and stability issues, and developing and configuring advanced components, workflows, and templates.

In addition, you will train internal teams, document solutions, and promote platform best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, development, product) to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications Hands-on expertise with AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service

Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL (Sightly)

Experience with AEM APIs, Adobe I / O, and external system integrations

Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning skills

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Cloud Manager, and DevOps tools

Adobe AEM Expert Certification preferred

Nice-to-Have Experience with React, mobile-first design, and security best practices
