Responsibilities
- 3 years of experience in customer focused IT or banking fields.
- High English level required.
- Visitor to the client's offices in Malaga 3 days a week.
- Availability to work shifts and occasionally perform on-call duties (24x7 service).
- Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL.
- Experience with Office 365 with Excel competence.
- Fluent English.
