Job Description

We are looking for an System Integration Engineer focused on technical support, client integration, and the on-site deployment of immersive installations. A solid foundation in software development (Python, C++, JavaScript) is important.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable switching between software troubleshooting, hardware setup, and supporting real-world installations involving sensors, servers, and audiovisual systems — someone equally at ease with a terminal and a screwdriver.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients (remote and occasional on-site).
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of immersive systems (sensors, servers, networks, displays, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving software, hardware, or connectivity.
  • Implement small updates, integrations, or fixes in Python / Django and other internal services.
  • Support testing, validation, and commissioning of new immersive experiences and systems.
  • Assist with deployments using Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to projects involving robotics, sensors, or computer graphics as needed.

Required Skills

  • Professional experience in technical support, system integration, or a mixed technical / developer role.
  • Practical experience with Python and Django, web languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), and C++.
  • Understanding of REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and GitLab CI / CD.
  • Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in Linux (terminal, debugging, system operations).
  • Strong ability to diagnose complex issues across software, hardware, and networks.
  • Good communication skills in English and / or Spanish.
  • Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort working on-site when needed.

    • Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with robotics algorithms and sensors (LiDAR, point clouds, tracking…).
  • Experience with GPU rendering pipelines.
  • Experience with Unity, Unreal, WebGL, or other interactive engines.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, cabling, or audiovisual equipment.
  • C++ experience on Windows or Linux.
  • Background in computer graphics or 3D engines.
