At Bolton Food, we are looking for an HSE Trainee to join our Health, Safety & Environment Team.

This internship is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in industrial safety, environmental management, and sustainability, while contributing to the continuous improvement of safety and environmental standards within a dynamic, international food company.

You will support the implementation of HSE policies, participate in audits and risk assessments, and help promote a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all operations.

What you will do

Support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety & Environment procedures and programs.

Assist in conducting workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Collaborate in the preparation of HSE documentation, reports, and KPIs.

Participate in HSE audits and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.

Support awareness campaigns and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture.

Contribute to sustainability and environmental initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving energy efficiency.

What we are looking for

Higher Vocational Training (Advanced Level) in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) or Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical, or Safety Engineering (recent graduate or final-year student).

Good command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Minimum Intermediate English (B2).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about HSE practices in a food manufacturing environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a hands-on and collaborative mindset.

Flexible, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
