Client Solutions Cloud Infrastructure Lead – Cloud Infrastructure Presales Azure Cloud Infrastructure, capable of operating in complex environments and managing uncertainty effectively, bringing hands‑on experience in the implementation and management of infrastructure solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure. This person will lead the pre‑sales area, defining and executing the commercial strategy, acting as a technical and strategic reference for clients, and positioning themselves as a trusted advisor in the Avanade ecosystem and its clients, thanks to their broad and proven practical experience in infrastructure projects within the Microsoft environment, including the management and deployment of solutions in Azure, which allows them to provide recommendations based on real cases and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities Strategy and Go-to-Market Design and lead the sales strategy for the Cloud Infrastructure area in collaboration with the regional leadership team.
Align initiatives with Microsoft and other strategic partners to ensure an effective joint strategy.
Client and Partner Relations Represent Avanade in public presentations, industry events, and meetings with C‑level clients.
Actively listen to client needs and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.
Build trusting relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor in digital transformation.
Commercial and Pre‑Sales Support Work closely with sales and project teams to build high‑impact proposals.
Participate in generating commercial proposals, estimate effort, define teams, and ensure solutions fit client needs.
Proactively support pre‑sales processes, demonstrations, and workshops with clients.
Drive the adoption of Azure solutions, advising on configuration, migration, and operation of infrastructures.
Service Management and FinOps Manage Azure services, including operational aspects, governance, and optimization.
Apply FinOps practices to ensure financial efficiency in cloud service consumption.
Leadership and Culture Work with highly qualified teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Promote development of technical and commercial skills within the team.
Qualifications Proven experience in pre‑sales, consulting, or commercial leadership roles in infrastructure solutions, with deep knowledge of Azure.
Experience preparing tailored commercial proposals for clients, including estimations and team definitions.
Hands‑on experience in the Microsoft environment, including the ability to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize infrastructure components in productive environments.
Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to define commercial strategies and lead their execution.
Strong client orientation, with sensitivity to understand their challenges and propose suitable solutions.
Experience working with Azure and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Languages : Fluent Spanish and English.
Education University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related areas.
Certifications in Azure, cloud architecture, FinOps, or commercial leadership are valued.
