We are seeking a senior-level Salesforce developer to lead the technical evolution of our platform. This role is pivotal in a growing team, where you will serve as the senior-most engineer providing architectural direction, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of robust scalable solutions that support commercial operations.

• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business priorities and operational workflows.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and process automation.
• Customize and extend Salesforce using Apex Lightning Web Components and declarative tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with key enterprise systems including SAP and Microsoft 365.
• Act as a technical mentor and point of reference for junior engineers within the team.
• Collaborate with external development partners to uphold quality and performance standards.
• Contribute to release planning code reviews and platform governance.
