Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Data Visualization Competence Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting the transition to a new data platform.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in data / BI / business analysis and possess solid hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL. You will be responsible for analyzing the current BI landscape, understanding business needs, and identifying gaps between legacy and future data environments.

Responsibilities Reading, interpreting, troubleshooting, and building or enhancing Tableau reports

Working hands-on with SQL to validate and explore data as part of your analysis

Building dashboards

Mandatory requirements Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline

3+ years in a data / BI / business analyst or similar role

Solid hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL

Ability to conduct gap analysis and map current vs future state in data / reporting environments

Skilled in creating clear, structured documentation

Ability to understand and communicate data / reporting-related changes and its business impact

Data analysis and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to solving problems

English at least B2+ / C1
