Overview Job Title : People Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee people operations and drive business results.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR manager looking to join a fast-paced startup environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing onboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR administration, as well as strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring our people operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover from hiring to onboarding.

Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Handle HR administration, including leave tracking and policy updates.

Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure smooth handover from hiring to onboarding.

Own the design, management, and improvement of employee benefits to keep them competitive and aligned with our company culture.

Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries.

Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and efficiency.

Growth areas include contributing to employer branding initiatives and serving as an HR Business Partner for selected teams.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage onboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR administration.

Proven experience in HR management, particularly in onboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR administration.

Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders.

Experience with employer branding or HRBP responsibilities is a plus but not required.
