What we look for

For our Global Accounts team, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Sales Manager to be part of a team specialized in IT services, consulting, and digital transformation, working closely with large enterprise clients across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and retail.

Main Tasks And Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow client relationships and expand UST’s footprint.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Respond to RFIs / RFPs and create winning proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor client health and proactively address risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead business reviews and manage accurate forecasting and pipeline development.

What do we expect from you

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry, selling services and solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts or portfolios (min. 10M€) with enterprise clients (>
  • 1B€ revenue).

  • Strong understanding of market trends, innovation and AI.
  • Experience with international clients and global delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); German is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).
