Job purpose As an
International Execution Analyst
, you will assist the Head of Operations in executing all business, whether physical or paper-based, across a range of agricultural commodities. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of contracts, coordinating logistics, documentation, and settlement processes to support the company’s global trading activities.
Your responsibilities Assist and monitor cash flow forecasting Review commercial contracts for accuracy and expediency. Coordinate all logistics for vessel movements. Review documents according to contractual requirements. Pay suppliers and bill customers after review of contract and documents. Manage operational risk of all commercial contracts. Coordinate with traders, counterparties, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of physical and paper transactions. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address potential delays or issues. Prepare and update execution reports for management and trading teams.
Key Qualifications & Requirements ~ Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field. ~3–5 years of experience in the execution of agricultural commodities trading. ~ Strong knowledge of
GAFTA, FOSFA, and ANEC contracts. ~ Ability to work in fast paced trading environment. ~ Excellent understanding of the Logistics / Trading market ~ Highly analytical and creative person with a pro-active and entrepreneurial spirit. ~ Strong attention to detail with proven experience in managing and executing contracts.
