Role COUNTRY MANAGER FOR SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

DHW – HVAC Sector

Responsibilities Lead a qualified executive team and define and implement the necessary strategies and actions to grow the business across the Iberian Peninsula in a profitable and efficient manner.

Propose commercial objectives and strategies for the coming years and define the structure of human and material resources required to achieve them.

Play an active role in the European Executive Committee, contributing to the development and execution of the group\'s strategic roadmap.

Requirements Highly experienced professional in business development with a focus on sales and results, ideally within the boiler, domestic hot water generation, or HVAC sectors in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Higher education (degree) and strong financial management capabilities.

Proven experience in building, developing, and leading high-performance teams.

Fluent in Spanish and English; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
