Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles; residential real estate experience is a strong advantage. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, have a valid driving license, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also need to be self-motivated, results-driven, financially and performance-oriented, proactive, organized, and hands-on with flexibility to work varied hours. Additionally, exceptional customer service skills, preferably experienced with demanding national and international clients, are essential.
