Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Country Lead Project Manager to spearhead our datacentre consultancy services in the Iberia region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial project manager to lead the growth of our team and contribute to business development, creating solutions to deliver capital expenditure projects that align with clients businesses strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in datacentre delivery from a consultancy perspective, with expertise in regional planning, permits, and applications. They will also be able to grow a team, understand regional networking, and contribute to business development. As a Country Lead Project Manager, you will work closely with our existing clients to establish regional presences in key areas, leveraging our expertise in hyperscale datacentre delivery. The company has a well-planned methodology around the successful execution of these sorts of set ups, and we are looking for someone who can drive this forward and make a significant impact on our business. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with clients in the datacentre sector would be beneficial. A strong network within the region would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of the datacentre consultancy practice in the Iberia region and drive business development.
• Establish regional presences in key areas by working with existing clients and leveraging hyperscale datacentre delivery expertise.
• Drive the company-wide methodology for successful regional set-ups and make a significant impact on the business.
• Grow and mentor a team, coordinate project delivery, and ensure solutions align with clients’ strategies and capital expenditure requirements.
