WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 7–10 years of experience in health informatics, bioinformatics, or clinical data domains
• Advanced proficiency in graph-based data modeling , knowledge graph construction, and semantic integration
• Deep knowledge of RDF, OWL, SPARQL , and graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune)
• Experience with NLP techniques, including working with unstructured biomedical text
• Proficiency in CI / CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and containerization tools (Docker, Singularity)
• Hands-on experience with ontology curation and terminology services (e.g., SNOMED, ICD-10, drug databases)
• Programming background in Python and exposure to LLM / NLP integration
• Fluent in English and Spanish
