Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system for ongoing quality assessment.
  • Collaborate with your team to enhance the customer service experience and streamline processes.
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up to date on products and services.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to various customer scenarios.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • A willingness to commit to relocation and embrace a new culture.
