Overview
GlobalView is ADP’s Enterprise payroll solution serving 4.6m employees in over 300 of the world’s largest organizations. It is one of the fastest growing businesses in ADP and is undergoing a major transformation to adopt a new cloud platform in partnership with SAP, delivering a modern interface along with back-end technology and service changes that will enable scale and greater client value. The role will oversee the Atlas Program (GV to Rise and Transformation Program) and related workstreams. The leader will drive this transformation, working closely with operational leadership, product development and sales to ensure program success, establish governance and track financial impact. The role will continually review program data and pivot to alternative approaches as required. Success will be measured by accelerated growth, improved NPS and associate engagement. This position requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking and excellent communication to lead a complex programme. Experience driving large-scale transformation programmes and diverse stakeholder management is important.
Essential Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy aligned with Global Payroll objectives. Set clear goals and performance metrics to measure success and ensure alignment with priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Foster collaboration across operations, finance, IT and sales to integrate program initiatives. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to communicate objectives and progress.
- Financial Oversight : Monitor and manage the program budget, analyze financial data to assess impact, and optimize resource utilization.
- Change Management Leadership : Lead change management efforts during tool and process implementations; develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation : Identify risks and develop proactive strategies; conduct regular risk assessments and adjust plans to ensure continuity and success.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Establish KPIs to track progress and prepare regular reports to executive leadership with insights and recommendations.
- Talent Development and Team Management : Mentor and develop the program management team, ensuring readiness and growth; provide resources and skills needed to execute initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions to guide strategy.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of innovation, evaluate processes and outcomes, and implement best practices.
- Critical Success Factors, Skills and Experience : Deep understanding of multi-country payroll operations, GlobalView solution suite, and ability to leverage them to meet client needs; leadership in implementation, service, product or business excellence; program management experience; understanding P&L and financials; change leadership; business transformation; strategic thinking; strong communication and influencing skills; excellent organization and time management; ability to develop solutions in complex contexts; client-focused service orientation; experience working in a matrix, global environment with virtual teams.
- Planning and resource scheduling; experience identifying and implementing process improvements and quality controls.
Qualifications
Education : Degree level or higher.Work Experience : Must be fluent in English; additional languages preferred. 8+ years’ experience in service, implementation, product or business excellence. Experience in complex transformations, program management and change management with a proven track record in delivering results. Experience working across matrix organizations and international environments. Strong organizational and program management experience.
