You will contribute to global rollouts, ensure alignment with process leads, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a consistent and efficient procurement framework across the organization.

Global ERP Process development, management and implementation

• Support the roll-out of procurement processes and systems, including design, architecture, template build, data migration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Manage and deliver project tasks such as workshops, system configuration, documentation, test scenarios, and data validation.
• Align process design with Process Leads and collaborate with System Experts to build the Global Template.
• Maintain global training materials for Key Users and End Users.
• Represent procurement process concepts in workshops, trainings, and internal events.
• Engage with Key Users and Local Process Experts to ensure adoption and support of the global solution.
• Perform functional testing for template changes.
• Support additional projects as assigned by the Global Process Owner.
