Opportunity What\'s the opportunity? As our Partners & Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with global partners (e.g., Acquirers, Schemes, and Service Providers). This role oversees centralized processes that require consistent implementation across regional and local partners, while providing global leadership on partnership standards, health, compliance, and best practices. The position requires a combination of strategic relationship management, operational oversight, and cross-functional coordination to drive sustainable partner growth, compliance, and innovation.
Responsibilities Strategically oversee worldwide partner accounts, focusing on shared growth prospects and aligning their initiatives with core business objectives
Act as the main point of contact for strategic, commercial, and operational issues
Coordinate regular partner reviews, provide business updates, and handle escalations
Promote commercial opportunities and foster growth with all global partners
Address performance gaps by developing and implementing structured action plans with other teams.
Ensure partners adhere to contractual obligations and operational standards
Monitor cross regions partner performance through key metrics : Health Scorecard, Redundancy coverage and Transaction performance
Lead the implementation of standardized processes and guidelines of global initiatives (e.g., Network Tokens)
Ensure consistency and compliance by aligning regional execution with global mandates
Support global enablement projects, including new partner onboarding, capability expansion, and market launches
Design and execute joint initiatives with commercial and product teams to drive transaction growth
Coordinate cross-team training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums
Qualifications Strong experience in commercial roles, with a proven ability to identify and drive business opportunities
Understanding of card schemes and payment networks is highly valuable
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple regions and cultures
Ability to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable plans
Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving global environment
Strong team player, able to coordinate and align multiple teams towards common objectives
