As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Director to lead the flagship boutique in Madrid .
This role will be pivotal in delivering commercial success, strengthening team performance, and representing the brand to both local and international customers. You'll be responsible for full store operations, while also aligning your team with the global brand vision and strategy.
Define and implement a tailored commercial strategy that reflects company goals and local market opportunities.
Align store operations with wider global retail strategies and brand positioning.
Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements through data-driven decision‐making.
Recruit, lead, and develop a motivated, high‐performing team that embodies the brand's culture and values.
Conduct regular performance reviews, team briefings, and training to drive results and engagement.
Operational & Inventory Management
Ensure efficient stock control, inventory accuracy, and compliance with visual and operational standards.
Coordinate with HQ and logistics teams for replenishment, product launches, and visual updates.
Deliver an elevated, personalised service for both local and international clients.
Champion a customer-centric culture and ensure that every touchpoint reflects the brand's values.
Act as the brand's representative in the Madrid market, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client behaviour.
Support regional retail initiatives, future openings, and brand activations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Store Manager or Store Director role within fashion, footwear, or premium / luxury retail.
Proven track record in leading sales teams, meeting targets, and managing all aspects of store operations.
Fluent in
Spanish and English
, with excellent communication skills across teams and customer segments
Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock planning, and retail systems.
