Stream Lead SAP Inhouse Consulting S / 4HANA Development (m / f / d)

As Stream Lead (m / f / d) of the SAP Architecture & Development sub-project in an international S / 4HANA greenfield implementation project, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of architecture and development topics. You will design customized architecture concepts, assume strategic and operational responsibility, and make a significant contribution to the success of the project. LOCATION :

Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not fully remote, and onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.

• Strategic planning and implementation : Overall responsibility for the Architecture & Development sub-project within a global S / 4HANA greenfield implementation, in close cooperation with Stream Leads and project management.
• Management and overall responsibility : Coordination of services throughout implementation and roll-out, including progress monitoring and weekly status reports to ensure project quality.
• Holistic requirements engineering : Development and implementation of customized architecture concepts in the SAP environment, in coordination with module managers and stakeholders.
• SAP development management : Planning and control of development tasks, management and quality assurance of complex SAP developments.
• Guideline management : Maintenance, development, and enforcement of developer guidelines.
• Business process optimization in S / 4HANA : Continuous analysis and optimization of business processes to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
• System optimization and troubleshooting : Error analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing applications for high system performance and reliability.
• Promoting a positive corporate culture : Ensuring an appreciative working environment and building a motivated, customer-focused team.
