Frequent travel to ASIA (minimum of 40%)

Are you passionate about international development, the cosmetics industry, and multicultural challenges?

At MartiDerm , a leading dermocosmetics brand present in over 35 countries, we are looking for a strategic, globally minded professional to lead the growth of our business in the Asian region , from our global headquarters in Barcelona.You will be part of the International Sales team, reporting directly to the International Sales Director, and will play a key role in driving business expansion, coordinating with local partners, and identifying new market opportunities. Your mission

  • Develop sales, market penetration and brand visibility in the Asian markets .
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning) to adapt the global strategy to local market needs.
  • Ensure that local partners execute brand protocols and commercial objectives in line with global guidelines.
  • Travel regularly to Asia to strengthen relationships, monitor sell-out, stock levels, and in-store execution.
  • Monitor commercial performance, account profitability (P&L), and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Track consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trend
  • Represent MartiDerm at key trade shows and business events.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience managing international markets, especially China or / and APAC region .
  • University degree in Business Administration, International Trade or Marketing. MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English . Knowledge of Mandarin and / or Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, cultural sensitivity and business acumen.
  • Availability to travel regularly and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Barcelona area
