Our client, an international company specializing in premium packaging solutions for brands that value excellence, is expanding its commercial team in Spain. They are looking for someone with experience in industrial sales, accustomed to working with demanding clients and managing technical projects from start to finish.
The Position
The selected candidate will manage the client portfolio in Spain, providing each account with rigorous commercial support, continuous follow-up, and smooth coordination with internal teams.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and grow our client’s customer portfolio within the national territory.
Identify business opportunities and build long-term commercial relationships.
Negotiate prices, conditions, and deadlines in line with the guidelines set by the Commercial Director.
Conduct regular client visits to understand their real needs.
Prepare commercial offers and manage orders through the corporate system.
Coordinate internally with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure each project is executed as agreed.
Analyze sales results and contribute to improvement actions.
Requirements
Previous B2B sales experience in industrial environments.
High level of English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Rigorous approach to commercial follow-up and strong results orientation.
Solid organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel.
