The Dynatrace Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring.

Collaboration with various teams ensures technical capabilities align with product vision, customer needs, and market trends.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects, improvements, and modifications to the Dynatrace platform.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet required standards.
Translate stakeholder requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to optimize platform performance, monitor usage, and reduce risks.
Contribute to the technical readiness of the Monitoring team, share knowledge, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Define the Dynatrace platform roadmap in line with product vision and AXA priorities.

Qualifications

In-depth technical knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS (infra & app monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, automation workflows) and related observability technologies.

Ability to design and implement solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Familiarity with other monitoring, log analysis, data visualization, and performance monitoring tools.

Leadership experience managing a distributed monitoring team.

Strong communication skills, able to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset, proactive identification and resolution of technical issues.

Strategic thinking, contribution to platform strategy and long‑term planning.

Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing culture.

Experience with AXA or similar enterprise environment is a plus.
