Mission

We are looking for an Senior Project Manager to manage and coordinate all technical activities related to the integration of systems within our S / 4HANA implementation . The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP integrations, a strong technical background, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration processes.

Your Responsibilities

Integration Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the overall S / 4HANA project objectives and timelines.

Technical Coordination : Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.

System Architecture : Collaborate with solution architects to define the integration architecture and design, ensuring compatibility across all systems.

Data Management : Oversee data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, ensuring data integrity and quality.

Issue Resolution : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits.

Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for technical integration discussions, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles, with a focus on SAP projects, particularly S / 4HANA.

Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional IT activities.

Experience working with international markets outside the EMEA region

Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish

Preferred Skills

SAP certification in relevant modules or integration technologies.

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
